DC0712 KITCHEN REMODEL & ADDITION LANCASTER, PA
This unique remodel started with an addition that more than doubled the size of the kitchen. We wanted the space to open up in the addition, so we vaulted the ceiling and installed a Marvin Integrity Ultex triple window along with a 72" French Door to maximize the natural light. We opened up the common wall from the old kitchen to the formal dining room to create a better flow and sense of space. Enter top of the line Wood Mode Cabinets to keep the kitchen crisp, clean and classy while the backsplash offers a flashy modern reflective foil glass subway tile look. Deep brown colored new Bruce hardwood flooring keep this remodel in line with houses built in the early 1900s. The commercial style stainless steel appliances give this space an additional sense of modern while the cabinets lend itself to an older mansion. New overhead 6" LED lighting, under-cabinet lights create multiple lighting schemes while a sink toe kick heater offers further options for utmost comfort. |
